Repeat Prescriptions
With this new website, if you have medications on repeat prescription, then you can now order these online in the following way:
- enter your personal details (full name, date of birth, address, email address, telephone contact details)
- then by looking at the right-hand part of your prescription (see below) write in the medications that you require (copy the first line of each required medication eg Prescription 1 paracetamol tablets 500mg , Prescription 2 captopril with hydrochlorothiazide tablets 50mg + 25mg etc)
- only write in the items that you require
- after you have done this then press the submit prescription request button
- you should receive a "Thank you for submitting your repeat prescription request" notice within 20 seconds. If you don't then this means we have not received your request in which case either try again or use the traditional way of ordering your repeat prescription
- your prescription will be ready to collect 24 hours after receipt of your request unless there is a problem/query with your request in which case we will either telephone or email you
- prescriptions ordered on a Friday afternoon will not be ready for collection until Monday afternoon.
- if you require more than 10 repeat medications or you wish to order for another family member as well then please submit another request for these prescriptions.

The internet is not always secure, and the transmission of data to request medication is entirely at the patient's own risk. The practice accepts no responsibility for breaches in confidentiality resulting from patients' transmissions.
