Women’s 8 Week Walk & Talk Programme

You are warmly invited to participate in an 8-week walk & talk program focused on women’s health and wellbeing.

We will start with a one hour walk in South Park. After the walk, we will gather for a drink and conversation at the café. Finally, we will move to the education centre, where Wendy and Sharon will assist you in understanding and creating your healthiest life during menopause and beyond.

  • Week 1: Menopause
  • Week 2: Nutrition & Hydration
  • Week 3: Exercise
  • Week 4: Stress
  • Week 5: Sleep
  • Week 6: Positive Social Connections
  • Week 7: Work & Contribution
  • Week 8: Avoiding Harmful Substances

Starting: 25th March 2026

Meet at Clock Tower in South Park, Darlington at 1pm, for walk, followed by refreshments in café 1.45 – 2pm and wellbeing talk from 2–3pm.
