Important information from the Practice
Due to changes in NHS funding, we are no longer routinely able to send appointment reminder text messages. Please make a note of the date and time of any appointment when it is booked.
We have recently seen an increase in missed appointments (DNAs). If you can no longer attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so it can be offered to another patient.
Appointments can be cancelled by:
- Using the NHS App
- Calling the surgery
- Speaking to reception
