* Please note for GP Practices in Darlington, there is a subcontract in place with 111 to provide general medical cover between 6.00pm and 6.30pm. During this time patients should call 111 or attend the Darlington NHS Urgent Care Centre, located within Darlington Memorial Hospital, Hollyhurst Road, Darlington, DL3 6HX.
Extended Access
We run extended access clinics on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, pre-bookable for patients via online services or by calling the Patient Services team. The practice will not be open for general enquiries during these extended sessions, unless they intersect with our regular opening hours above.
